Arbordale
Arbordale is a job site off HWY 27 on the boarder of Mount Holly and Stanley city limits with a second entrance on Old 27. We are installing water, sewer, and storm drain for this project which features around 190 homes. The job is half complete with residents living in the first homes seen from the main street.
Villages at Mallard Creek
Villages at Mallard Creek is a job site near Stoney Creek Elementary School in Mallard Creek area of Charlotte, NC with a job site entrance on Roost Rd. We are installing water, sewer, and storm drain for around 230 homes that will be build. This is a newer job site with only about 1/6th complete.
Beason Creek
Beason Creek is a job site in Kings Mountain, NC between Phifer Rd and Crocker Rd. It is a subdivision with around 230 homes. The job is currently finished and families are living in homes now. We installed sewer, storm drain, and water for this project.
Stagecoach
Stagecoach is a new job site we will be starting soon. Currently waiting for approval from the city to start taking trees down and plan to start installing pipe in a few short months. The job site will be in the open land between Stablegate Dr and Stagecoach Rd in South Gastonia, NC. The plans are for around 350 homes.
