Laborers
The laborer position at James D. Doster, Inc. is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in the construction industry. While previous experience is preferred, it's not required. We provide training to help you learn the ropes. Just make sure you're 18 years or older and have a reliable way to get to and from the job sites. Starting pay is $20 per hour.

Pipe Layers
For the pipe layer position at Doster, Inc., we are specifically looking for individuals with pipe laying experience. However, if you're interested in starting as a laborer and learning the skills of pipe laying, we do provide training opportunities. This way, you can work your way up and gain valuable experience in the field. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour.

Heavy Equipment Operators
For the heavy equipment operator position at Doster, Inc., experience in operating heavy equipment is required. We are specifically looking for dozer (non-GPS) and large excavator operators. Additionally, an in-person interview is required to assess your skills. Starting pay is $25 per hour.

Foreman/Site Supervisor
This position is perfect for experienced professionals ready to lead and work hands-on in construction. You must read plans, manage pipework, and operate heavy equipment. Strong leadership, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships are essential. You'll work alongside laborers and perform manual tasks when needed. In-person interviews will assess your skills. Starting pay is based on experience.
